eLelecar General Item Return Policy

If your product arrives damaged or is not working, you can return it to us within 14 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment in case the delivery date is not traceable to ask for a full refund or replacement.

 

If the products malfunctions (except for reasons caused by incorrect usage and accidental or intentional damage) within 90 days after shipment, you can return the product back to us. You should receive an e-mail with the shipment date and other details after your order has been shipped. Once we receive and approve the return a full refund or replacement will be offered.

 

If a new and unused item is returned opened, we may deduct a 5% restocking fee from your refund. Used items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling, if any, is non-refundable, and the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees and charges when returning the defective product unless we made an error.

 

If an item is returned but not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may deduct up to 30% of items price from your refund, or we may reject your return.

 

Please Note: We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 180 days from shipment. Please contact our customer service representatives for more information.

 

How can I return the item to Lelecar?

 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.

 

When would I get my refund?

After we received your returned parts, refund procedures will be conducted within 10 business days to your original payment account.

 

Lelecar reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to this policy. Any changes will be updated on the forum or on the relevant section of our help center.
